Oolong tea 乌龙茶

The name “oolong” (乌龙) means black dragon — a nod to the dark, curled leaves that open up in hot water.
Oolong teas sit between green and black tea: partly oxidized, with flavours that range from light and floral to deep and roasted. Our teas are selected from the best of oolong producing regions: the Phoenix mountains near Chaozhou, the Wuyi mountains in Northern Fujian, Southern Fujian and Taiwan.
