Our sets are built around a maker or a mountain, so you can drink a whole line side by side before you settle on a favourite. Mr. Wen's three old-bush (老枞) Dancongs from Wudong share one spine and three roasts, from light to a strong four-round bake. Master Mei Xiangjing (梅相靖) presses the white tea cakes in Fuding (福鼎), and the sheng Pu'er runs from loose Jingmai gushu (景迈古树) to the Menghai and Bulang cakes blended by Tea Master Zhuang Jin Li.

Five oolongs cross Taiwan, from Sun Link Sea Jinxuan and a spring-harvest Oriental Beauty from Hsinchu to Taitung red oolong. The Premium set takes in five families at once, from Fuding white peony (白牡丹) and West Lake Long Jing (西湖龙井) to Jingmai ancient-tree Pu'er.
