2025 Wild Yin Jun Mei | Red Tea | Tongmuguan
A private gift from our Wuyi source, made from wild-grown material rather than garden cultivars. This Yin Jun Mei is warm and subtle, with fine cocoa sweetness, dried longan, and a gentle mineral backbone. Not your average red tea — it sparks curiosity without shouting. A slow, attentive cup that keeps revealing itself over winter sessions.
2018 Gongjiang Fu Brick | Heicha | Anhua
Winter is the season for heicha, and this Gongjiang Fu brick is made for grounding, unhurried drinking. Golden flowers have settled in beautifully, bringing soft grain sweetness, aged wood, and a calm, steady warmth. Built for longer sessions and quiet evenings — a tea that anchors the season.
Osmanthus Shu Pu’er Dragon Ball | Shu Pu’er | Yunnan
Our newest dragon ball arrival, and a playful take on shu pu’er done right. We usually avoid floral infusions — except when they’re classic and genuinely complementary. Here, osmanthus lifts the shu’s natural sweetness, adding a honeyed glow without masking its depth. Familiar, fun, and surprisingly elegant.
2025 Yellow Rose Yancha | Oolong | Wuyi Shan
A small, returning varietal from Wuyi — not yet widely known, but quietly compelling. Grown in half-yan (Ban Ya) terroir, this Yellow Rose expresses Yan Yun through floral clarity rather than roast or weight. Expect light garden florals, soft minerality, and a clean, daily-drinking structure that works effortlessly through winter.
