2024 Maofeng 1st Grade | Green Tea: As the classification ‘1st Grade’ suggests, this green tea comes from the finest Spring harvest this year of the tea farm in Simao. It is from a tea farm that uses Da Ye Zhong cultivar, unlike most other green tea, and gives off a very unique mellow umami taste and green asparagus, corn and vegetal aroma, a must try for those who are curious!

2020 GongMei White Tea Cake by Master Mei Xiang Jing: A special edition Gongmei cake from Master Mei Xiangjing using 2020 Maocha as base produced in 2022. This grade 2 level Gongmei has obvious buds of white and many velvet color and green color for dry leaves. It shows orange or dark yellow color after brewing, the bottom of the leaves is even, soft and bright. A relatively young gongmei, thus the transformation is intriguing.

Duck Shit Dancong: Duck Shit Dancong, also known as Ya Shi Xiang, hails from the Phoenix Mountain region in Guangdong Province, also categorized as a variety of Phoenix (Feng Huang) Dancong. Our carefully selected Dancong teas are cultivated on mountain slopes at an altitude of about 1,000 meters. The Duck Shit Dancong variety that we have chosen exhibits a unique and enduring aroma reminiscent of longan and honey orchids, with its notes interwoven in a captivating and intricate flavor profile.

2017 Aged Baimudan Cake by Master Mei Xiang Jin: A special edition Baimudan cake from Master Mei Xiangjing using 2017 Maocha as base. Baimudan has green leaves with silver-white hearts, shaped like flowers. The green leaves hold the tender buds after brewing, just like flower buds' first blooming, thus known as White Peony (Baimudan). It is very popular among new tea lovers given its good price-to-value ratio compared to higher grade white tea such as Silver Needle. Experienced tea drinkers can't resist its freshness and highly floral fragrance either.
Master Mei is the representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage project 'Fuding White Tea Making Skills'. He is the grandson of Mei Bozhen, a famous tea merchant in the late Qing Dynasty.

2015 Bulang Wild Big Tree Shu Pu'er Tea Cake: An elegant Shu Pu'er for the refined tongues. A relative higher percentage of tips are choosen as Maocha for the ingredient, giving the Shu Pu'er a special umami and minty and fruity taste underneath the mellow and thick texture. Made by master Zhuang Jin Li, former Meng Hai Tea Factory Chief Quality Officer. She is one of the few in the industry who have mastered the traditional blending technology and unique fermentation process of Meng Hai Tea Factory, the producers of the infamous TAETEA 大益 tea.

Osmanthus Oolong: The combination of Osmanthus with Oolong smells like a dream and results from a production process that shows considerable sophistication. Instead of simply putting dried flowers into the Oolong at the end, the fragrance of the flowers is scented onto the leaves already at the earliest stage. The elaborate process facilitates full absorption of the floral scent, thus releasing its essence most effectively.

Gushu Sheng Pu’er from Fenghuangwuo (Phoenix Dent): Sourced ourselves this year upon visiting the hidden town of Fenghuangwuo, with and average altitude of 1500m. We met the tea maker Adai who escaped proverty through their family heirloom gushu Pu’er Tea fields, hundreds years old. This young Spring Sheng Pu’er is a treasure. The aroma reminds one of wild flowers on high mountains, with an elegance of the cedar wood. The soup starts light and reaches the climax at the 4thinfusion. The texture is delicate, smooth, and fresh. Each sip leaves a sweet umamiaftertaste on the side of your mouth. The aftertaste lasts as long as 1.5 hours.

Yin Jun Mei: Although not as widely known as its counterpart, Jin Jun Mei( Golden Eyebrow), Yin Jun Mei (Silver Eyebrow) is a highly cost-effective option. What sets this particular Guyu Silver Eyebrow apart is that it is harvested on April 2022 (on the day of the lunisolar term Guyu), from tea trees that are mostly over 100 years old in the prestigious region of Tong Mu Guan, resulting in a more mellow and sweet tea flavor. It is made from pure wild Wuyi Cai Cha. Each year, on the day of Gu Yu, a small batch of this Silver Jun Mei is produced, fulfilling tea Master Li's personal preference for this exquisite tea.

Jin Yao Shi (Da Hong Pao): Jin Yao Shi (Golden Key) is an astonishingly delightful tea with a captivating aroma. It exhibits floral and fruity notes, resembling the fragrance of dried roses. The aroma of the tea soup is reminiscent of the pleasant scent of wheat, with variations in each infusion. It has a mellow and sweet taste, with a subtle hint of soy milk, showcasing the uniqueness of the cultivar. As for the tea variety, it belongs to the shrub type tea trees of Wuyi Mountain, specifically cultivated in the Qiancun Village of Wuyi Palace, with a history of cultivation dating back nearly a century.

Dong Ding Oolong: Dong Ding (Frozen Summit) Oolong, is a medium-fermented tea with an oxidation level of approximately 40%, is produced in Lùgu Township, southwest of Nántóu County, Taiwan, at an elevation of 900 meters. Due to its cultivation on the Frozen Summit Mountain and processing with Qingxin Oolong buds and leaves, it is named 'Frozen Summit' Oolong Tea. The tea exhibits a golden and bright liquor color, intense aroma, and mellow taste, making it a renowned Oolong tea known for its harmonious combination of fragrance and flavor. Hints of sweet potato complemented the aromatic attack,leaving a pleasant lingering sensation in our throats.

2023 First Flush West Lake Long Jing (DRAGON WELL)| GREEN TEA
We introduceren onze tweede jaarsamenwerking met onze vriendin Doreen, wiens familie afkomstig is van Li Jia Wu in het prestigieuze Xi Hu district. We zijn verheugd om een van de meest hoogwaardige West Lake Dragon Well (Xi Hu Long Jing) groene theesoorten te kunnen presenteren die buiten China verkrijgbaar is. Deze exquise Ming Qian Long Jing wordt met de hand geplukt vóór het Qing Ming Festival en het regenachtige lenteseizoen (4 april op de Maankalender) en biedt een ongeëvenaarde thee-ervaring voor de veeleisende fijnproever.

2023 First Flush High Mountain Yunwu | GREEN TEA
The fresh tea leaves used for this tea are sourced from organic tea farms on the Yunwu Mountains, located in the eastern part of the Wuling Mountain Range along the Xie River in the northwest of Shimen County. Shimen Yin Feng tea leaves are tightly rolled, thin, and straight, covered in silver-white downy hairs. They exhibit a vibrant, oily, and lush green color. The aroma is clean, elevated, and long-lasting, while the liquor has a bright green color. Shimen Yin Feng tea is known for its unique qualities of producing a clear fragrance on the first steep, a concentrated flavor on the second steep, and a lingering fragrance on the third and fourth steeps. It has been recognized as a trademark product of Hunan Province.

One of the post famous oolong tea from North of Taiwan. The term "Pouchong" translates to "the wrapped kind," a nod to the tea's original production method where leaves were wrapped in paper during the oxidation process. Cultivated at high altitudes in the misty mountains of Pinglin, where the perfect environment for this tea to thrive. Made from the Qingxin cultivar, Wenshan Pouchong offers a delicate, floral aroma and a fresh, mellow taste that will captivate your senses.

Crafted through a special production process involving shading, Gyokuro Sasahime boasts a delicate floral aroma, velvety creaminess, and a satisfying umami taste. Sourced from the lush tea gardens of Kagoshima, this tea is a testament to Japanese tea craftsmanship.

'Laozong Premium Lapsang Souchong' | Red
Sourced from our tea master friend residing inside the secret Tongmuguan at 1280m altitude, Wuyi Mountain. Harvest of Spring 2022. Laozong means an old cultivar of 70 years old. Cultivar: Cai Cha.

'Xiao Qing Gan', Shu Pu'er stuffed in aged Chen Pi (tangerine peel) | Pu'er
'Xiao Qing Gan' refers to the fruit of Chazhi mandarin harvested when it is physiologically immature. It is green and shiny, with thick peel, full oil chamber, and strong fruity taste. Xinhui Chazhi mandarin is harvested in Autumn. The pulp is removed and filled with Yunnan ripe Pu'er tea, and then dried in the sun or dried up.
We source them from the origin of most authentic Chen Pi production city: Xin Hui.
Tasting Notes: earthy, rich, plum, fruity, peppery, herbacious, Citrus
Brewing: remove the lid and put the whole ball into 120ml 100°C soft water. First brew to clean and throw away. From second brew on: 4-6s and gruadually longer. Can be brewed up to 15 times.
'Milan Xiang' Honey Orchid Dancong | Oolong
Sourced from Wudong, Phoneix mountain, at the height of 800 meter. It's the type of Phoneix Dancong that's mostly consumed by local Chaoshan people on a daily basis. Similar to its infamous cousin Duck Shit Dancong, it is known for it's superb aroma.
Tasting Notes: Honey Orchid, mellow, floral, sweet potato, mineral grape after 3rd infusion
Brewing: 5g leaf in 120ml 100°C soft water. First 3 brew, 3-5s. 4-6: 10-30s. Can be brewed up to 8 times.
'Ba Xian' 8 Gods Dancong | Oolong
Sourced from Chaozhou, one of our friend's private tea garden production. ‘Baxian' is a cultivar name, known for it's good qualities in terms of being very durable in infusions and highly aromatic.
