Yancha 岩茶

We went to Wuyishan to source yancha (岩茶) from farmers with lots in Zhengyan — traditional Da Hong Pao, Rou Gui, Shuixian. Other makers we work with contract in the Banyan (半岩) hills and look after smaller cultivars that still show Yan Yun: 岩骨花香, rock-bone and flower.
