Red Tea 红茶

We went to Tongmuguan (桐木关) in Wuyishan, where our tea man Master Li contracts wild tea land and makes several styles of red tea (红茶), Lapsang among them. In Yunnan we went for Dianhong (滇红) and Gushu Shaihong (古树晒红). Biluochun red comes from Master Sun’s farm in Dongshan, the same farm as our Biluochun green, and Jiuqu Hongmei (九曲红梅) is made from Long Jing leaf.
