Step aside, sencha and matcha. We're pouring teas that live in the shadows — forgotten, fermented, or just a little too wild for the mainstream.
Join us for a tasting of yellow teas, dark fermented teas, and the lesser-known oolongs that challenge what tea can be. Think silky textures, mushroomy depth, roasted orchids, and flavors that hit like a good book — complex, surprising, and slow to unfold.
Sourced from Yang's 2025 tea trip in China. Each tea tells a story of craftsmanship and place, from mountain caves to aging cellars, from obscure cultivars to fire-roasted leaves. We’ll guide you through each sip with insight, but no snobbery.

This event takes place during the exhibition: the art of tea, an exhibition celebrates the timeless connection between tea rituals and artisanal ceramics. Aside from our workshop, you are also welcomed to the inauguration of this exhibition (takes place from 4th-25th October), with rotation tea tasting tables, meeting the ceramists and other tea and teaware workshops.
