Lychee Thunder - 2024 Kuzhushan Gushu Sheng Pu'er

This 2024 sheng pu’er is made from gushu material harvested in Kuzhushan, at higher elevation in forested conditions. The thicker leaves produce a naturally aromatic and energetic tea.

Picked early in the season and processed with care, the tea emphasizes freshness and lift rather than restraint. The structure is open and expressive from the start.

On the palate, the tea is vivid and lively, showing bright fruit notes and a refreshing, cooling sensation. Bitterness is present but playful, resolving quickly into sweetness.
